If Marijuana gets legalized it could possibly be? so unregulated and uninfluenced by big business, that it would be sold and used in the same way it is sold and used illegally on the street. no different than today. unlike other countries where it has been legal, and is sold in coffeeshops and bars. I just dont think there is any legislation strong enough to penetrate the WC drug economy. When the non-using, upright, and politically conscious citizens say LEGALIZE IT!!!!!!!! It will be legal.
